I know exactly what it is! I was like you. I have always been a very organized person, however, I was often stressed. I felt like I was moving forward and crossing off tasks from my TO DO list
but it never got any better. Worse, at the end of the day, I had crossed out 5 tasks and added 10! In the evenings and on weekends,
I couldn't stop thinking about everything that awaited me the next day. I read books, did training... it helped me temporarily and
